For Retail roles  

Once you've applied through the Victoria’s Secret careers website, our store leadership team will take a look at your application and experience. If you're shortlisted, we'll invite you to meet us through either a one-to-one interview or a group assessment. For some New Store Openings, we also host assessment centres, giving you the chance to meet the team, take part in activities and show us what makes you, you. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable throughout the process, so we'll be there to support you and answer any questions along the way. 

For Head Office roles 

Once you've submitted your application, our Talent team and hiring managers will review it carefully. If your experience aligns with the role, we'll arrange an initial phone or video conversation to learn more about your journey so far, your strengths and what excites you most about joining Victoria's Secret. As you progress, you'll meet members of the team and, depending on the role, may be invited to share examples of your work, complete a task or present a portfolio. We want to understand what makes you, you – and we're just as excited for you to get to know us too. 

Of course! Finding your place at Victoria's Secret isn't always one-size-fits-all. If more than one role catches your eye, we'd love to hear from you. Just make sure each application highlights the experience, strengths and skills most relevant to that opportunity.
