### What is the Victoria’s Secret UK application process?
**For Retail roles  **

Once you've applied through the Victoria’s Secret careers website, our store leadership team will take a look at your application and experience. If you're shortlisted, we'll invite you to meet us through either a one-to-one interview or a group assessment. For some New Store Openings, we also host assessment centres, giving you the chance to meet the team, take part in activities and show us what makes you, you. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable throughout the process, so we'll be there to support you and answer any questions along the way. 

**For Head Office roles **

Once you've submitted your application, our Talent team and hiring managers will review it carefully. If your experience aligns with the role, we'll arrange an initial phone or video conversation to learn more about your journey so far, your strengths and what excites you most about joining Victoria's Secret. As you progress, you'll meet members of the team and, depending on the role, may be invited to share examples of your work, complete a task or present a portfolio. We want to understand what makes you, you – and we're just as excited for you to get to know us too.
### Can I apply for more than one role?
Of course! Finding your place at Victoria's Secret isn't always one-size-fits-all. If more than one role catches your eye, we'd love to hear from you. Just make sure each application highlights the experience, strengths and skills most relevant to that opportunity.

To protect your personal information, we're unable to accept CVs in store or via email. All applications should be submitted through our careers site where your data is kept safe and secure.

Due to the number of applications we receive, we may not always be able to provide individual feedback. If you progress through the recruitment process, our team will keep you updated along the way.
### What happens when I am offered a role?
Congratulations! If you’re offered a role, we’ll guide you through everything you need to get started. This may include pre-employment checks and providing relevant documentation, depending on the role. We’ll explain exactly what’s needed and be there to support you through each step.
### Do you offer placements or work experience?

### Can I reapply for a role if I wasn't successful?
Absolutely – sometimes timing just isn't quite right. Our system applies a six-month waiting period before you can reapply for the same role, but we'd encourage you to continue exploring other opportunities and sign up for job alerts so you don't miss future openings.
### How do I withdraw my application?
You can withdraw your application at any time by logging into your candidate profile and updating your application status. If you're already part-way through the interview process, please contact our Talent team directly who will be able to help.
### I need to reschedule or cancel my interview. What should I do?
No problem. Please contact our Talent team, or the hiring manager if they've been in touch with you directly, and we'll do our best to arrange a time that works well for you.
### What should I wear to an interview?
We'd love you to come as yourself. We recommend dressing in a way that feels appropriate for the role you're applying for, while still feeling confident, comfortable, and yourself. If you're still unsure, our Talent team will be happy to provide guidance ahead of your interview.
